Miriam Cohen and Sarah-Michèle Vincent-Wright participate in the 5th International Symposium of the Indonesian Constitutional Court

Prof. Miriam Cohen and Sarah-Michèle Vincent-Wright, PhD candidate and scientific coordinator of the Canada Research Chair in Human Rights and International Reparative Justice, participated in the 5th International Symposium of the Indonesian Constitutional Court (ICCIS), which was held in Bali from October 5th-7th 2022.
They had the opportunity to present their research "Conflict Resolution in Human Rights Cases: The Evolving Role of the Supreme Court of Canada".
The ICCIS is an annual global academic forum for the discussion of ideas in constitutional law. This year’s focus is on issues concerning Constitutional Court and conflict resolution.
