Professor Cohen speaks at the 7e Colloque du lieutenant-gouverneur du Québec

On October 14 2022, Professor Cohen participated in the 7e Colloque du lieutenant-gouverneur du Québec "Droit, justice et démocratie". For the occasion, she presented her research "Droits fondamentaux et justice internationale: Le rétablissement de la démocratie face à la guerre russo-ukrainienne".
