Changements climatiques et droit international

Professor Miriam Cohen recently participated in the annual conference of the Canadian Council on International Law.

At this conference, Professor Cohen took part in a panel on the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea's advisory opinion on climate change, along with her colleagues Payam Akhavan, Vladyslav Lanovoy, Maria Antonia Tigre and Eran Sthoeger.
