Transgenerational harm at the ICC

Professor Miriam Cohen recently had the opportunity to participate in the theme week on International Criminal Justice hosted by the Law and Political Science Faculty of Aix-en-Provence, in France 🇫🇷 .

During this week, experts in International Justice gathered to discuss topical issues in international criminal law.

Professor Cohen's contribution dealt with the treatment of transgenerational harm in the ICC's caselaw.
