International Law Association Conference

Last week, Professor Cohen had the honour of participating in the International Law Association's symposium at McGill University on the theme: ‘Advancing Corporate Sustainability: Implementation and Remedies in the Field of Business and Human Rights.’

This conference brought together academics and practitioners to examine how enforcement and remedies in the area of corporate and human rights are evolving to promote corporate sustainability.
