Perspectives on WHO's normative leadership: an empirical and comparative analysis of six States

This webinar will present the results of a collaborative research project bringing together experts from different countries in international law, public health and global governance. Closing remarks will be given by Professor ROOJIN HABIBI, WHO legal expert.

The objectives of the event are, first, to explore how WHO standards are integrated into national legislation; second, to identify the challenges and levers for strengthening the impact of WHO standards in a context of tension; and, finally, to discuss recommendations for improving the integration of WHO standards into national legislation.
