Miriam Cohen and Silviana Cocan receive the Louise Dandurand Award from the Fonds de recherche du Québec

Professor Miriam Cohen and Lecturer Silviana Cocan won the Fonds de recherche du Québec's Louise Dandurand Prize in the Society and Culture category for their article entitled: ‘The duality of international state responsibility and individual criminal responsibility in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war: an analysis in light of the prosecution of acts of aggression and war crimes’ published in the Quebec Journal of International Law.
