Khalil Bellaj is an articling student at the Quebec Bar. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal. He joined the Canada Research Chair in Human Rights and International Restorative Justice in May 2024. His research interests include public international law, international humanitarian law and international criminal law.
