Rafael Lamera Giesta Cabral is Professor of Legal History at the Federal University of the Semi-Arid Region - UFERSA (Brazil). He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Brasília - UnB (Brazil). Author of "Travailleurs indésirables" (Editora 7Letras, Rio de Janeiro, 2022). Editor-in-chief of the Revista Jurídica de UFERSA. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Legal History. Research interests include legal history, human rights and international labor law.
