Miriam Cohen takes part in a conference on climate governance and international law in Africa

On September 25, Miriam Cohen, Canada Research Chair in Human Rights and International Reparative Justice, took part in the "Lex Climatica: Climate Governance and International Law in Africa" conference.

As part of the event, Professor Cohen discussed advisory proceedings before international courts.

The event was organized by the African Academy for International Law Practice, an organization dedicated to research, expertise and advanced training in international law.
