New encyclopedia entry in the Max Plank Encyclopedias of International Law!

We are delighted to announce that professor Miriam Cohen has authored a new encyclopedia entry in the Max Plank Encyclopedias of International Law!

The entry takes a comparative perspective on "documentary evidence" within various international courts and tribunals. "It aims to provide a comparative account and a critical assessment of the rules and practice governing the collection, admissibility, and assessment of documentary evidence".
