Amicus curiae submitted to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights!

We are pleased to announce that professors Miriam Cohen and Stéphane Beaulac and Sarah-Michèle Vincent-Wright, PhD student and scientific coordinator of the Canada Research Chair in Human Rights and International Restorative Justice, have just submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The brief presents observations on "The content and scope of care as a human right, and its interrelationship with other rights". The brief is available here.
