Félix Gagnon is currently a second-year law student at the Université de Montréal. With a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and a Master's degree in Public and International Affairs (MAPI) from the Université de Montréal, Félix is particularly interested in issues of climate justice and the implementation of international climate agreements.
